EDITOR'S MESSAGE

Every one enjoyed the swell I.M.A. magic meeting as Ken and Earleen Horman's home last month. You that missed it lost out on some important business announcements about the big show coming up. You also missed some darn good magic entertainment and some delightful and tasty refreshments. That very nice Earleen had some special goodies that we all enjoyed very much. Now are't you sorry?

We wanted to thank Ken and Earleen for the welcome they gave us and all the fun we had at their home.

The next meeting of I.M.A. will be at the home of Audrey and Jim Kroll. Their home is located at 3335 Monte Verde Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84109. Phone: 278-1750

To get there you turn East off of Wasatch Boulevard. (The boulevard is right East of I-215, the Freeway Belt route) at Eastwood Drive (3390 South.) Go East on Eastwood past two county water tanks up to the next street. This is Monte Verde Dr. Turn North (left) on Monte Verde Dr. and go up the hill for about on block. 3335 is on the East (right) side. If you pass a street turning right you have gone too far. It is a flat roofed home with a long balcony and floor to ceiling grey glass windows.

Meeting time is 7:30 p.m. on Thursday October 21, 1976. May we wish you all WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME.

Sure hope you all have plenty of magic shows lined up for this coming Halloween season. Hope that Somewhere among the free ones, you have some good paying ones. That always increases the fun of performing.

Lots of luck, Love and happiness

NEWS OF I.M.A. MEMBER

Not much to go on this time.

COREY WESTBROOK did two shows for birthday parties. One at Old Farm Condominiums, a show at Dora's Rest Home, a young/adult group, for Big Cottonwood Stake. This was in connection with Merrill Malouf. The young/adults of the stake really pooped out. They failed to sell tickets. The guys out on a darn good show for an audience of only 20 or 30 people. The groups could have made $500.00, but they sat on their duff and went into the hole. Lets not let this happen to us on our big fund raiser.

DAVE NELSON was also a participant on the show with Corey and Merril Malouf.

WILFORD and HELEN HINKSON have been performing several good pay shows this last month. Wilford has his students busy with many shows.

AUDREY and JIM KROLL have had a lot of fun doing several shows.

FRED TAYLOR has to make a quick trip to Europe. We hope he has a safe journey and every thing works out really good for him. This makes it necessary to put off an I.B.M. meeting until we learn when Fred will return.

LATE NEWS

BOB ELLIOT - An I.B.M. member in New York called me last night. He is representing CHRISTIAN OF AUSTRIA. We had Christian lecture here 5 or 6 years ago. He wanted to come again. We couldn't work it out this time. Sorry, maybe another time.
