Magicians Mailing List Server

Legerdemain Academy is dedicated to the promotion of the Conjuring Arts, and we do not believe exposures of magical secrets to the general public a viable way to promote it. Nevertheless, we do encourage the study of magical feats by those with a sincere interest, and the sharing of information between fellow magicians. Therefore we have setup a Magicians' mailing list that will allow Legerdemains Academy magicians to communicate with each other. The general public cannot subscribe to this mailing list. Only magicians that are members of Legerdemain Academy can subscribe to the mailing list.

To qualify as a member of Legerdemain Academy you must be a member in good standing of at least two other magic organizations. If you are a professional magician or magic dealer then you only need to be a member of a single magic organization to qualify. For example, if you are a member of good standing with the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM), and the Intermountain Magicians Assembly (IMA) you can apply for membership. If you are interested in becoming a member of Legerdemain Academy then access Legerdemain Academy's Web Site at http://www.legerdemains.com/ and fill out the Legerdemain Academy's Membership Application Form. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any application without cause. Once your application has been verified, we will notify you if we approved or disapproved it via E-mail. You will also be notified how to subscribe to the Magicians E-mail List.

Once you have subscribed to the magicians mailing list you can post messages to other magicians by sending an E-mail message to magicians@legerdemains.com. Your E-mail message will then be redirected to other magicians that have subscribed to the mailing list. This mailing list is not moderated. This means you are responsible for what you send to the mailing list. Please do not abuse this privilege. Please note that we reserve the right to revoke access to this mailing list without cause. Otherwise, feel free to post questions, and answers to other magicians. You can also post notices of when and where you are performing. If you have a magical illusion for sale, you can post a notice concerning the sale. However, magic dealers are limited to one such post every other month.

Magically yours,
Raphael Gandolf
Dean of Wizards
