The International Brotherhood of Magicians

The International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM) was founded in 1922 and is the most respected magicians' organization in the world. They have local clubs called Rings all over the world, where magicians can seek fellowship, enlightenment, and excellence in the magical arts. The IBM's mission statement defines their objectives the best.

The Mission of the I.B.M. shall be to promote fellowship and the advancement of magic as an entertaining art through premier publications, quality conventions, an international structure and progressive leadership.

Members of IBM enjoy many benefits. Probably the greatest benefit of membership is due to its international aspect. Member magicians that travel can find fellowship at remote Rings. It is in this fellowship, and pear review, found at IBM Rings that promotes excellence in the entertaining art of magic.
